FINALITÀ

Avvicinare lo studente all’argomento della formazione degli insegnanti come un problema fondamentale per il miglioramento della scuola e dell’apprendimento degli studenti. Affrontare per la prima volta contenuti specifici tratti dalla ricerca sull’insegnante e sull’insegnamento. Fornire agli studenti la mappa per connettere tra loro e alle competenze dell’insegnante alcuni contenuti affron- tati in altri corsi del curricolo.

ARGOMENTI

Aree di contenuto della formazione dell’insegnante: - la natura e le componenti della professionalità dell’insegnante; - la gestione del contesto educativo e dell’apprendimento; - la motivazione/demotivazione e il burn-out dell’insegnante; - la comunità professionale; - le qualità della persona dell’insegnante; - la deontologia professionale.
